Mentorship Programs Overview

Mentorship is a powerful experience, offering increased content and technical knowledge about one’s work, as well as access to wider-ranging perspectives about a specific field and how it fits into the broader scope of the programs, systems, services, and lives of people with disabilities. All new administrative assistant and fiscal team members of the CDS staff will be offered the opportunity to work with a mentor through the Administrative Mentorship Program. We are working toward a faculty and graduate student program.
