Pacific Regional Technology in Education Consortium

The PR*TEC Pacific Voices was one project of The Pacific Regional Technology in Education Consortium (PR*TEC). PR*TEC was a five-year grant designed to improve teaching and learning in the Pacific. It was one of 10 Regional Technology in Education Consortia (R*TEC) previously funded by the U.S. Department of Education.

The Pacific Voices community included teachers, parents, administrators, curriculum developers and teacher educators from the states of Chuuk, Kosrae, Pohnpei and Yap in the Federated States of Micronesia, the islands of Majuro and Ebeye in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Republic of Palau, the island of Saipan in the Commonwealth of Northern Marianas Islands, the Territories of American Samoa and Guam, and the islands of Oahu, Kauai and Hawai`i in the State of Hawai`i.
