Hawaiʻi Patient Reward And Incentives to Support Empowerment

HI PRAISE

The Hawaiʻi Patient Reward And Incentives to Support Empowerment (HI-PRAISE) Project is a comprehensive grant that will measure the impact of incentives and chronic disease prevention. The Project will test the value of direct incentives to participants and the adoption of healthy behaviors resulting in healthier outcomes and lowering health risks. The goals of the HI-PRAISE study are to: improve early detection of diabetes among individuals at high risk for diabetes, and to improve diabetes self-management among individuals with diabetes.
