Comprehensive Service Center: For People Who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Deaf-Blind

The Comprehensive Service Center (CSC) for People who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing or Deaf-Blind is a collaboration between the University of Hawai‘i Center on Disability Studies and the State of Hawai‘i Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).
