The Center on Disability Studies Welcomes Min-Won Seo, Ph.D.

Dr. Seo will be a visiting scholar at the Center on Disability Studies (UCEDD) at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, and will conduct research and develop information briefs and tools for the National Technical Assistance Center, materials which will assist Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders with disabilities to secure employment between August 2004 July 2005. Dr. Seo has been an Associate Professor, Director of the Center for Teaching & Learning, and chair of the Department of Educational Technology & Instructional Methods, Graduate School of Education, Inje University, South Korea. His research strengths include psychological measurements, statistical analyses, and research methodologies, especially in the field of higher education. His recent interests include methodological analysis of the problems and the barriers to social adaptation/self-realization of youth with disabilities in postsecondary education.
