Felix Monitoring Office Contracts
Project Overview
Contracts were negotiated with the Office of the Felix Court Monitor to produce reports. Two special studies were conducted and reports produced. These two were the Preschool Study and the Suspension Study. Since 1999, complex-level monitoring reports have been produced that combined the results of service testing, stakeholder interviews, quantitative data, and the Court Monitorís determination of compliance status.
